100% of the funds raised will support humanitarian demining carried out by the Serhiy Prytula Humanitarian Foundation — specifically, the purchase of metal detectors, sapper kits, and other equipment for the mobile units of the State Special Transport Service of Ukraine.

These equipped teams are already operating in de-occupied regions, where the level of mine contamination is among the highest in the world.

For colleagues in Ukraine:

Place bids on the online platform.
Contribute to the donation “bank” and join the lottery. A live draw will take place on October 8, 5:00–6:30 p.m. Winners will receive special prizes. The broadcast will be in Ukrainian, and results will also be shared on Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage.
Try your hand at virtually demining Ukrainian territory in the “Demined” game.

For colleagues outside Ukraine (please note: non-residents may incur transfer fees):

Coordinate with a colleague in Ukraine who can place bids on your behalf; or
Place your own bids directly on the online platform (transfer fees may apply).

Confirm your email via the message you receive. If confirmation fails, resend it from the “My Account” page after logging in.

Use the Telegram bot @chariction_bot to get instant notifications when someone outbids you.

Yes. If you don’t find a lot you’d like to bid on, you can make a direct donation to our special Monobank account with a lottery. (Please note: non-residents may incur transfer fees.)

During the live broadcast on October 8 (5:00–6:30 p.m.) we’ll hold a raffle, and winners will receive prizes. Funds from the auxiliary account are transferred directly to the Serhiy Prytula Humanitarian Foundation. Please include your name in the payment comment so we can identify you if you win.

The auction team will contact each winner within 1–2 business days after the auction closes.

All results and financial reports will be published in Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage after the auction ends.

DEMINED is an interactive charity game that symbolically recreates the process of demining in Ukraine:

Explore the map of Ukraine with mined areas.
Select a territory and “demine” it through a donation (you have 5–10 minutes to complete payment via Monobank).
From time to time, hidden artifacts appear — symbols connected to Ukraine’s history and landscapes.
The most active players receive achievements.
Found artifacts or achievements are visible only to the person who unlocked them.
If payment is not completed on time or the amount is altered, the territory returns to the common pool, and the donation is counted without reservation.

We have launched a referral program in test mode to help more colleagues learn about our charity auction.

In your account, you have a unique referral code that you can share with colleagues (please note: participation is only available for internal Valtech colleagues with @valtech.com emails).

A new participant can either:

register directly via your referral code, or
enter your referral code in the special field during registration.

In your dashboard, you will see how many people have registered using your code. Those whose codes attract the highest number of active participants will receive incentive prizes.
